This was our first visit to George's and didn't know what to expect. First this place is much larger than I had thought. I also didn't except the restaurant to be busy and it was. What waited about 40 minutes for a table for 3. We ended up being seated on the patio overlooking the canal. I think I much preferred this over inside the restaurant. I had the Baked Salmon and it was delicious. The portions were very generous and the service was quick. We'll be back someday.

It was an amazing experience. Service was very quick and the food tasted amazing. Prices are very reasonable and there are multiple vegetarian options available. Even though the parking lot looked very full, the wait was only 15 minutes and they give you a beeper to let you know when it’s your time to come in. Loved it here and will definitely come back. Patricia was a great waiter

Pretty nice place for a bite. Smaller portions that some Greek places I've been but the quality was there. Definitely recommended.

I was recommended this place from a good friend and read good reviews. From the moment you start walking the parking lot you can smell the food, I was already excited when walking through the door. I came on father's day and I was expecting to wait since I didn't have a reservation. The hostess found a table for us in 10 minutes and the service was overall ok. The food was good and the portions are abundant so if you're hungry this is the right place. The food was great and the waitress was very kind with our kid. The kid's menu very generous as well and my kid loved it

I was really surprised with the portion sizes, lots of food and it was tasty! I got the lamb chops and Mediterranean chicken, both came with rice, potatoes (sooo good) and Greek salad to start with garlic bread. Everything was fresh and clean. Meats were perfectly cooked, not dry at all! The lamb chops were simple, as in seasoning but it worked. It’s Greek food, how could you really go wrong. Lots of parking, the restaurant seemed to start filling up just around 5 pm and I was there on a Tuesday. Staff were pleasant and attendant. Great service, I would recommend and come back. Good value. It was avg $26 a person. We did get dessert and Greek coffee was strongggg but that’s why you need to get a dessert with it. Walked out with a total of $85 plus tip for two ladies. That’s not bad at all.

Stopped by George's Greek Village and really enjoyed it! We had the chicken souvlaki—super tasty and cooked just right. The location is awesome, especially if you're into a nice view while you eat. Service was a little slow, but nothing too bad. Overall, a solid spot—we'll definitely be back.

Welcome to George's Greek Village, a delightful culinary gem nestled at 535 Queenston St, St. Catharines, Ontario. This bustling restaurant not only captivates with its lively atmosphere but also enchants with authentic Greek cuisine that promises a vibrant dining experience.

As I approached George's Greek Village, the aromas wafting from the kitchen immediately set my taste buds on alert. The bustling crowd and the impressive size of the restaurant hinted at a popular destination, and after reading customer reviews, it was clear that this place was well-loved.

The first highlight of my visit was the stunning patio overlooking the canal, which offers an ideal setting for a summer meal. Patrons like Scott delight in this charming atmosphere, having chosen it over indoor seating. I must agree—there's something special about enjoying your meal al fresco, surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature.

The menu at George's Greek Village features a diverse array of options, catering to all taste preferences. From sumptuous baked salmon praised by Scott to generous servings of lamb chops and Mediterranean chicken noted by Rayna, each dish promises a feast for the senses. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. Rayna’s experience with perfectly cooked meats and an abundance of side dishes adds to the charm that Greek cuisine is known for. The garlic bread served at the start is an inviting touch that sets the tone for the delightful meal ahead.

For vegetarians, the restaurant does not disappoint. As mentioned by JordanDi123, the multiple vegetarian options reflect the establishment's commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that every diner can find something to savor.

Another notable aspect of George's Greek Village is the value for money. Customers have highlighted the generous portion sizes, an aspect that I found particularly appealing. Fernando’s commendation of the kid’s menu demonstrates the family-friendly approach of the restaurant—making it a perfect spot for parents who want to enjoy a meal while ensuring their children are satisfied.

The service adds to the welcoming atmosphere, with staff recognized for their attentiveness and friendliness. Whether it's a quick turnaround as noted by JordanDi123 or the kind management of larger parties as experienced by Fernando, it’s clear that customer experience is prioritized.

In conclusion, George's Greek Village stands as a true testament to the joys of Greek dining. With delicious food, welcoming service, and a pleasant ambiance, this restaurant has rightfully earned its place in the hearts of many.
